TL;DR

Social Lead (Marketing): Redefining Flo's presence across social platforms to drive organic reach and business performance with an accent on scalable content systems and AI-powered production. Focus on bridging brand awareness with user acquisition and leading multi-platform strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week spent in the office)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the global social strategy with clear performance and growth metrics tied to business outcomes.
  • Build scalable content workflows, asset libraries, and AI-supported processes for high-volume creative delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a social team comprising managers, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Bridge brand and performance by ensuring organic social feeds the full funnel from awareness to install intent.
  • Experiment with new formats, storytelling angles, and technologies for women's health communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, UA, Medical, and Product teams to drive acquisition and education.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-platform social ecosystems with creative and performance goals.
  • Background in creative or content agency environments (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of content scalability, including UGC systems and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect organic metrics to business KPIs (installs, retention, revenue).
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Leadership style combining creativity, structure, and empathy.
