What you will do

• Develop and evolve the social media strategy across key platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels.
• Build and manage a content system grounded in business objectives and authentic parent insights.
• Drive the creative process from initial briefing to hands-on execution.
• Lead social calendar development, content planning, and publishing.
• Own the brand voice in community spaces, managing comments and DMs at scale.
• Design and maintain a KPI framework to connect social performance to broader brand and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of social media or brand marketing experience with increasing ownership of strategy.
• Portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and strategic structure (e.g., captions and content briefs).
• Deep fluency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to use data to develop hypotheses and communicate metrics simply.
• Experience in consumer, lifestyle, wellness, or family-facing brand environments.
