What you will do

• Manage mobile performance campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Snap, from launch to optimization and budget scaling.
• Lead structured creative experimentation and A/B testing in partnership with designers.
• Conduct deep funnel and cohort analysis to inform data-driven scaling decisions.
• Apply attribution modeling knowledge to optimize channel strategy and budget allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance through structured reporting, identifying optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data & BI teams, leveraging tools like Tableau/Looker and AppsFlyer/Adjust.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2C User Acquisition.
• Proven experience managing or contributing to 7-figure monthly Paid Social budgets.
• Strong background in mobile performance marketing and Web2App funnels.
• Solid understanding of attribution modeling.
• Experience with AppsFlyer/Adjust and BI tools such as Tableau/Looker.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance performance marketing workflows.
