Program Manager (Power Engineering)

What you will do

• Serve as single point of contact between client and NEI, managing client experience across project portfolio.
• Assign project execution teams with Technical Directors and Project Managers.
• Negotiate schedules, scopes, and contract terms with client leadership.
• Lead project status meetings, handle RFIs, and report engineering progress.
• Manage project documentation, develop streamlining processes, and improve client relationships.
• Drive business development, identify efficiencies, and support onboarding new projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or relevant field
• At least 5+ years in project or program management
• Familiarity with electrical substations, transmission lines, PV engineering, and battery storage
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CPM scheduling, Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Superior communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
