What you will do
- Coordinate enterprise onboarding from initiation to go-live, tracking milestones, managing project plans, and surfacing risks.
- Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise clients, facilitating collaboration between client IT and internal teams for data exchange and workflow optimization.
- Develop and maintain implementation best practices and templates for top EHR systems like Epic Ambulatory.
- Ensure compliance with EHR standards, Promoting Interoperability guidelines, and accurate quality measure reporting.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare status updates, and suggest process improvements for scalability.
- Manage post-implementation hand-off to field teams for long-term client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in healthcare technology implementation/project management.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level EHR implementations.
- Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of EHR integration strategies, FHIR, and HL7 standards.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of enterprise project lifecycle in SaaS or value-based care.
- Experience navigating complex corporate structures in healthcare.
- Skills in conflict resolution, strategic communication, negotiation, and expectation management.
- Familiarity with EpicCare Ambulatory integrations and clinical workflows.
