What you will do

• Administer core SaaS applications including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Slack, Zoom, and Jira.
• Provide global IT support for a predominantly macOS fleet across multiple time zones.
• Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and device procurement.
• Collaborate with the CISO to maintain endpoint security policies and MDM configurations.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for Agentic AI adoption to enable self-service and autonomous IT resolution.
• Drive automation in IT operations using scripting (Bash, Python) and AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT domain ownership or senior IT engineering, preferably in a global SaaS company.
• Expertise in Google Workspace and JumpCloud (or similar cloud identity/device management).
• Strong knowledge of macOS device management (MDM) in mixed environments.
• Practical experience with IT automation, scripting (Bash, Python), and AI coding.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar ITSM systems.
• Ability to support a global employee base across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Experience managing external IT vendors.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and development environments.
• Understanding of security domains, specifically CrowdStrike and SIEM platforms like Splunk.
