What you will do
- Resolve helpdesk support tickets within SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Manage IT equipment stock and maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for MacOS and Windows devices.
- Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Implement security compliance through updates, upgrades, patching, and licensing.
- Document IT procedures and asset management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role.
- Experience with MacOS MDM systems (Jumpcloud, Jamf, or Kandji) is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the Google Workspace platform.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices.
- High level of verbal and written English proficiency.
- Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel; working hours are Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
