What you will do

• Lead IT platform administration, third-party integrations, and global deployment.
• Manage Google Workspace, Jamf Pro (MDM), and endpoint security for a global fleet.
• Own the end-to-end device procurement process, managing complex logistics from order to delivery.
• Resolve IT Service Desk tickets in Jira and progress strategic initiatives within the project backlog.
• Support internal and external IT audits (SOC 2, PCI, SOX) by providing necessary access control documentation.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and act as the primary technical escalation point.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT operations.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Türkiye.
• Expertise in Identity Provider (iDP) management, SSO, SAML/OIDC protocols, and MFA policies.
• Deep technical proficiency in the Apple macOS ecosystem and enterprise Slack administration.
• Proven experience implementing and adhering to SOC 2, SOX, and PCI-DSS compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as Jamf Certified Admin, CompTIA Security+, or Google Workspace Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience building automation workflows using scripting languages like Python or Bash.
