What you will do
- Manage new business RFP processing and the entire renewal sales life-cycle.
- Load and maintain group information and benefit files while ensuring data accuracy through error management.
- Resolve complex benefit inquiries from Account Managers, producers, sales representatives, and clients.
- Coordinate the implementation of stop loss policies, group changes, and benefit enhancements.
- Facilitate account service activities and coordinate implementations with clients and core partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in account support or the insurance domain.
- Must be based in Colorado.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in healthcare, insurance, or sales environments.
