What you will do

• Manage new business RFP processing and the entire renewal sales life-cycle.
• Load and maintain group information and benefit files while ensuring data accuracy through error management.
• Resolve complex benefit inquiries from Account Managers, producers, sales representatives, and clients.
• Coordinate the implementation of stop loss policies, group changes, and benefit enhancements.
• Facilitate account service activities and coordinate implementations with clients and core partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in account support or the insurance domain.
• Must be based in Colorado.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in healthcare, insurance, or sales environments.
