What you will do

• Manage expectations of Data Owners and Stewards across 18 domains.
• Facilitate the Shared Enterprise Data Governance Council to resolve cross-domain definition conflicts.
• Lead the transition from project-based data silos to Certified Data Products.
• Oversee departmental budgeting, fiscal responsibilities, and resource optimization.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations by embedding automated audit logging.
• Coach, manage, and develop employees through performance reviews and career development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• 5 years of experience planning and maintaining capabilities within data governance.
• 3 years of experience developing and presenting concepts to varying audiences.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania or able to work in a hybrid office environment.
• Demonstrated competency in executing multiple projects and managing resources.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Experience in budget administration and process improvement.
• Knowledge of strategic planning and data product lifecycles.
