What you will do

• Own the roadmap for enterprise security features including audit logging, data retention, and access controls.
• Drive compliance certifications such as SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and GDPR in partnership with legal and security teams.
• Develop enterprise admin experiences, including user management and policy enforcement tools.
• Define core enterprise infrastructure, including deployment options and data residency capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to translate enterprise requirements into product priorities.
• Partner with engineering to build scalable, secure architecture that meets the needs of regulated industries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts like RBAC, encryption, and data residency.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Proven track record of shipping enterprise features for security-conscious organizations.
• Excellent communication skills for working across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience partnering closely with sales teams and engaging directly with enterprise customers.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in enterprise software.
• Background in AI/ML products or platforms.
• Experience with identity & access management or security tools.
