What you will do

• Prepare and maintain project schedules (Level I-IV) and cost forecasts.
• Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and baseline comparisons.
• Monitor performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage change logs and assist in change quantification and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to align schedule and budget requirements.
• Support project reporting and dashboards for clients and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with EVM, Earned Schedule (ES), and resource loading.
• Must have US work authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
• English: Good written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Synchro, Primavera Unifier, Procore, BIM 360, or Bluebeam Revu.
• Hands-on involvement in VDC/BIM modeling for design integration.
