Salary: $111,300–$145,300 per year

What you will do
- Lead land services scopes for energy projects including transmission, distribution, substations, renewables, and pipelines.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, work plans, and deliverables from initiation to closeout.
- Direct land acquisition, title research, ownership verification, and resolution of title issues.
- Coordinate right-of-way agents, title agents, surveyors, subconsultants, clients, landowners, legal, engineering, and environmental teams.
- Track performance, identify risks, prepare proposals, ensure compliance, and deliver status updates.
- Mentor staff, monitor budgets, handle invoicing, and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in land services, 3+ years project management in energy industry.
- Experience in land acquisition, energy, real estate, permitting, project development, transmission lines, and pipelines preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking, adapting to changes, and working in office/field environments.
- Bachelor's degree in geography, real estate, planning, project management, business, or related preferred.
