Salary: 120,750 - 144,637.50 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop proposal-phase manpower plans, labor-loading models, staffing curves, and workforce forecasts for large-scale projects.
• Build preliminary project schedules, milestone plans, and high-level sequence logic aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with business development, estimating, and operations to align labor assumptions, resource needs, and execution strategies.
• Identify project risks related to labor, schedule, procurement, and logistics, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare handoff packages, schedule narratives, and client-facing planning deliverables for proposals and interviews.
• Participate in project kickoffs and improve company standards for preconstruction planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in mission-critical automation or controls projects, with ≥4 years as lead/senior PM on ≥50 MW data centers or comparable megaprojects.
• Demonstrated experience in preconstruction, project planning, or operations in building automation, electrical, mechanical, ICT, or mission-critical environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel for manpower forecasting and scheduling.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to manage multiple pursuits.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across US states; valid REAL ID or passport required for domestic air travel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or BIM 360.
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies for workflows.
• NFPA 70E and/or OSHA certification.
