What you will do

• Collaborate with attorneys, project managers, and subcontractors on all legal and compliance matters.
• Review and revise subcontracts, engineering contracts, and purchase orders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations with external partners.
• Identify and analyze potential risks within project documentation.
• Manage secure document signatures and maintain the project support library.
• Determine appropriate contract forms based on project scope and requirements.

Requirements

• 2–4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five (5) years of legal or contract-related experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Avon, MN.
• Strong attention to detail and risk identification skills.
• Proficiency in professional communication for contract negotiation.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
