What you will do

• Create project plans, define scope, budgets, timelines, resource needs, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Execute project plans by assigning staff, facilitating meetings, engaging vendors, and handling operational readiness.
• Monitor progress across multiple Agile teams and business units to ensure cost, time, and quality goals are met.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, lead meetings, prepare updates, escalate issues, and manage changes.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Portfolio Management Office and departments to improve performance and adhere to standards.
• Provide assistance and mentoring to other project teams using PPM and Agile tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science plus 3-5 years in project management with systems development experience.
• Basic knowledge of Agile and traditional project management; experience in SAFe environment preferred.
• Advanced leadership skills, problem-solving, independent judgment, and effective communication.
• Certification like PMP/PMI-ACP or advanced degree preferred.
