What you will do

• Support annual IT budgeting and forecasting for OpEx and CapEx, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate procurement activities such as purchase requisitions, POs, and vendor onboarding.
• Administer the IT Procurement Card (PCard) program, ensuring compliance and monthly reconciliation.
• Facilitate IT demand intake and maintain portfolio tracking and dashboards for CIO visibility.
• Provide operational support to the CIO office, including executive presentations and meeting coordination.
• Track KPIs across IT spend and portfolio performance to identify and fix process gaps.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in IT operations, IT business operations, or PMO.
• Proven experience in IT budgeting and financial tracking (OpEx/CapEx).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, and financial modeling.
• Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Florham Park, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCard program management.
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
