What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, budgets, and financial performance.
• Coordinate and allocate resources across functional teams to ensure project success.
• Identify project risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive reporting and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed on progress and metrics.
• Facilitate project documentation and lead post-transition reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA.
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and SharePoint (strongly preferred).
• Previous technical knowledge and skills within the facilities services industry.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
