What you will do

• Manage construction program schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) via site visits and coordinate project close-outs, including the acquisition of As-Built drawings.
• Prepare detailed fixed-price estimates and quantity take-offs using RS Means or other unit price books.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate proposals from vendors and subcontractors to ensure SOW compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with superintendents for use by customers and subcontractors.
• Ensure full compliance with HSEQ guidelines and local requirements, including OSHA and USACE EM385.1.1.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously.
• Proficiency in detailed estimating and the use of RS Means or similar published unit price books.
• Experience with ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participating employer).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desired.
