Sr. Program Manager (C&I Energy Efficiency): Lead implementation of Act 129 Business Energy Efficiency Programs for a utility in Eastern Pennsylvania with an accent on cost management, performance tracking, and cross-functional team coordination. Focus on achieving KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and expanding program participation across commercial and industrial sectors.
Location: Remotely-based but must live within a reasonable driving distance of Allentown, PA and travel regularly for in-person meetings. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus (Compensation Range: $97,600 - $146,400 USD)

What you will do
- Oversee all phases of C&I Energy Efficiency Programs including P&L, KPIs, and contract execution for $5–12M annual revenue programs.
- Serve as primary client liaison, leading program reviews, strategic planning, and coordination with engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
- Direct multi-functional teams of 10–30 people, including 4–7 direct reports and subcontractors.
- Drive customer satisfaction, trade ally engagement, and strategies to expand participation and savings.
- Ensure compliance with Act 129 regulations, accurate reporting, and process improvements.
- Collaborate on Demand Response and Demand Reduction Pilot components.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience managing large-scale C&I programs
- Understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and business energy efficiency measures
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred. Ability to travel regularly in Eastern PA.
