Sr. Program Manager (Energy Efficiency)

Compensation: $97,600 - $146,400 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Act 129 Residential Energy Efficiency Programs in Eastern PA.
• Manage program P&L, KPI tracking, and budget oversight for portfolios with $5–12M annual revenue.
• Direct multi-functional teams of 10–30 people, including direct reports and subcontractors.
• Act as the primary point of contact for utility clients, leading strategic planning and review sessions.
• Ensure program implementation aligns with regulatory requirements, market trends, and client filings.
• Develop strategies to expand participation and energy savings across residential programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in energy efficiency or utility programs.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Deep understanding of Pennsylvania Act 129 and business energy efficiency measures.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel regularly within Eastern PA to client offices and customer sites.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred.
