What you will do

  • Develop and manage the strategy and operational plan for the Innovative Mobility initiative, including goals, OKRs, and KPIs.
  • Drive the creation of emerging solution projects across personal mobility, last-mile delivery, and school mobility.
  • Provide executive oversight of major programs, ensuring fiscal health and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with policy teams and external stakeholders to advance regulatory frameworks that support zero-emission deployment.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with federal, state, and local agencies, technology providers, and community organizations.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and equity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in innovative mobility, shared mobility, or clean transportation sectors.
  • 7+ years of program and project management experience.
  • 5+ years of business development and partnership cultivation experience.
  • Proven team leadership and staff management experience with direct reports.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
