Commodity Planning Analyst (IC), Supply Chain

What you will do

• Manage demand forecasting, inventory analysis, backlog management, logistics coordination, and supply-demand balancing.
• Gather demand signals from regional, country, and account teams to support forecasting and supply planning.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with regional and global planning teams to maintain planning processes, systems, and workflows.
• Support business initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop trade compliance practices and use digital tools and data visualization to improve planning visibility and reporting automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, business, analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, commodity management, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, or related functions.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar analytical technologies.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory optimization, MRP, ATP, and master scheduling concepts.
• Professional English communication skills are required for collaboration across global and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in global supply chain operations within technology, electronics, manufacturing, or hardware.
• Knowledge of customs, import/export operations, regulatory trade compliance, or broker certification.
• Experience developing dashboards, planning automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Project coordination experience across regions and business functions.
