What you will do
- Manage Paid Social as core acquisition channel across Meta and TikTok (web and app), handling audiences, bidding, budgets, QA, tracking, and governance.
- Monitor daily performance against goals (CPA, CPL, ROAS), identify optimisation opportunities in targeting, creatives, and bidding, and manage pacing for incremental growth.
- Lead structured creative and audience testing with Creative, Acquisition, and Brand teams to improve conversion outcomes.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting, translating data into insights for optimisation, planning, and wider media decisions.
- Collaborate across Performance, Brand, Creative, Analytics, Ad Ops, Product, and Web teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience building, launching, and optimising Paid Social campaigns independently across Meta and TikTok.
- Expertise with performance metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) and optimisation levers.
- Experience with Display and Programmatic platforms (DV360 or other DSPs).
- Experience managing budgets and achieving acquisition or revenue targets.
- Exposure to web attribution, CM360, MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer), and analytics tools like GA4; experience running structured testing programmes.
