What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the technical support team handling complex product incidents.
- Organize and improve incident investigation processes and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Build and maintain internal support workflows, standards, and documentation.
- Turn recurring technical issues into actionable product feedback.
- Support team growth, task prioritization, and day-to-day coordination.
Requirements
- Must be located in Kyiv
- Experience in technical support, system troubleshooting, or incident investigation.
- Proven experience leading a team or coordinating technical work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logs, telemetry, and performance data.
- English level B1+ required
- Fluent Ukrainian required
Nice to have
- Interest in drones, aviation, robotics, or embedded systems.
- Experience with Jira or similar issue tracking systems.
- Background in electronics or robotics.
- Experience in problem management or support operations.
