What you will do

  • Monitor VIP Managers' communication across all interaction channels to evaluate service quality.
  • Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve communication style, tone of voice, and customer approach.
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans, communication standards, and best practices for VIP Managers.
  • Analyze communication gaps and suggest practical improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and provide continuous support to the VIP team.
  • Contribute to the VIP customer experience strategy and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements

  • Experience working with VIP clients in gambling, betting, luxury, or similar high-end service industries.
  • Strong understanding of premium customer service and personalized communication approaches.
  • Experience building onboarding, training, or quality control processes.
  • English: B2+ level required.
  • Fluent in Ukrainian.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
