What you will do
- Monitor VIP Managers' communication across all interaction channels to evaluate service quality.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve communication style, tone of voice, and customer approach.
- Develop and implement onboarding plans, communication standards, and best practices for VIP Managers.
- Analyze communication gaps and suggest practical improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and provide continuous support to the VIP team.
- Contribute to the VIP customer experience strategy and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements
- Experience working with VIP clients in gambling, betting, luxury, or similar high-end service industries.
- Strong understanding of premium customer service and personalized communication approaches.
- Experience building onboarding, training, or quality control processes.
- English: B2+ level required.
- Fluent in Ukrainian.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
