Location: Must be based in Ukraine and available for shifts aligned with US business hours (12:00pm–4:00am Monday–Friday).

What you will do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Communicate professionally to ensure positive and productive customer interactions.
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update systems to ensure optimal performance for customers.
  • Take full ownership of customer issues until final resolution.
  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot to summarize interactions and improve response quality.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Ukraine.
  • Advanced English fluency (spoken and written).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in technical support or help desk.
  • Working knowledge of PC/Mac OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work shifts aligned with US business hours (12:00pm–4:00am Monday–Friday).
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI and automation tools.
