What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, telephone, and e-mails.
- Manage support cases by collecting relevant information and documenting all interactions in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate customer feedback and ensure issue resolution.
- Participate in occasional on-site events to provide direct customer support.
Requirements
- German: Upper-intermediate level (B2) required.
- English: Upper-intermediate level (B2) required.
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with professional multitasking and empathetic communication skills.
