What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Manage and document support cases in the company CRM according to established procedures.
- Escalate customer feedback to relevant internal departments.
- Participate in occasional on-site events and business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- French and Ukrainian: B2 level (verbal and writing) required.
- English: Intermediate level required for internal communication.
- Strong customer-oriented approach and logical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
