What you will do

  • Assist customers with online questions, website navigation, and order tracking via email, phone, and chat.
  • Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer needs.
  • Act as the face of the company to influence customers to order again.
  • Collaborate with the international logistics team to resolve shipping issues.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in both English and Russian.
  • Working from the office in Zhytomyr is required.
  • Working hours: 14:00 CET - 23:00 CET.
  • Employment exclusively via B2B contract.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
