Location: Onsite in Zhytomyr, Ukraine

What you will do
- Assist customers with online questions, website navigation, and order tracking via email, phone, and chat.
- Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer needs.
- Act as the face of the company to influence customers to order again.
- Collaborate with the international logistics team to resolve shipping issues.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in both English and Russian.
- Working from the office in Zhytomyr is required.
- Working hours: 14:00 CET - 23:00 CET.
- Employment exclusively via B2B contract.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
