What you will do

• Investigate technical incidents and identify root causes.
• Work with logs, telemetry, and other system data to analyze abnormal system behavior and support technical troubleshooting.
• Test hypotheses and verify possible causes of issues.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on bug fixing and product improvements.
• Document technical findings and improve internal support processes and knowledge base.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, incident investigation, or system analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work with technical data such as logs, system behavior, or performance metrics.
• Good communication skills and ability to describe technical findings clearly.
• English level B1+
• Fluent Ukrainian.

Nice to have

• Interest in drones, aviation, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Basic understanding of how complex technical systems work.
• Experience working with engineering or product teams.
• Experience with bug tracking systems such as Jira.
