What you will do
- Investigate technical incidents and identify root causes.
- Work with logs, telemetry, and other system data to analyze abnormal system behavior and support technical troubleshooting.
- Test hypotheses and verify possible causes of issues.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on bug fixing and product improvements.
- Document technical findings and improve internal support processes and knowledge base.
Requirements
- Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, incident investigation, or system analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work with technical data such as logs, system behavior, or performance metrics.
- Good communication skills and ability to describe technical findings clearly.
- English level B1+
- Fluent Ukrainian.
Nice to have
- Interest in drones, aviation, robotics, or embedded systems.
- Basic understanding of how complex technical systems work.
- Experience working with engineering or product teams.
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as Jira.
