TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco)

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Hire and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor in high-impact deals to drive significant new partnerships.
  • Define and execute hirify.global's go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve customer experience and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building successful teams and coaching Account Executives.
  • 4+ years of experience directly selling technical products to high-growth customers.
  • Strong quantitative forecasting skills and experience managing pipelines toward financial targets.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally on strategic projects.
