Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do
- Hire and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
- Serve as an executive sponsor in high-impact deals to drive significant new partnerships.
- Define and execute 's go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve customer experience and inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building successful teams and coaching Account Executives.
- 4+ years of experience directly selling technical products to high-growth customers.
- Strong quantitative forecasting skills and experience managing pipelines toward financial targets.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally on strategic projects.
