What you will do

• Drive sales growth in North American high-growth market sectors.
• Support the full sales cycle from qualifying new leads to managing existing customer relationships.
• Develop technical proposals and perform basic thermal calculations to design effective heating solutions.
• Manage the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material returns authorizations.
• Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts and reclaim previous business.
• Attend industry events to build brand awareness and network with key contacts at the management and developer level.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales and/or the service industry.
• BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Travel requirements: up to 50%.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside within the specified Midwest sales territory.
