TL;DR
Senior Customer Success and Onboarding Manager (SaaS): Managing the onboarding and long-term success of automotive dealerships using a CRM platform with an accent on product training and account retention. Focus on delivering in-person training sessions across Ireland and Northern Ireland and reducing client churn.
Location: Remote-first, but must be based in Ireland as nationwide travel for onsite training is a core requirement.

What you will do
- Conduct onsite, in-person system training for new dealerships across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- Onboard new clients and ensure they are equipped to use the CRM platform effectively from day one.
- Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts to maintain satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing concerns and escalating technical issues.
- Develop and maintain high-quality training materials, including user guides, videos, and FAQs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer success, account management, or training.
- Full, clean driving licence for mandatory nationwide travel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting to groups and building rapport.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

- Experience working within the automotive sector.
- Familiarity with CRM or SaaS platforms.
- Experience creating digital training or e-learning materials.
