TL;DR
Account Manager (EMEA): Own full commercial strategy for mid-market and enterprise accounts including renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation with an accent on value-based growth and ROI articulation. Focus on building multi-threaded relationships, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success and Sales.
Location: EMEA Remote. This role is open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland only.
Salary: $80,500 base + $34,500 variable = $115,000 OTE (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience.

What you will do
- Own commercial strategy for portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts: renewals, expansion, churn mitigation.
- Drive growth by helping customers adopt platform strategically, identify new use cases, articulate ROI.
- Forecast renewal and expansion pipeline with clear methodology.
- Build multi-threaded relationships from operators to Directors/VPs as trusted advisor.
- Partner with Customer Success on account health and Sales on expansion deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Finance on complex renewals.
Requirements
- Based in the UK or Ireland
- 3+ years (5+ preferred) in Account Management, Sales, or related SaaS commercial role with direct revenue ownership.
- Experience managing $5m ARR, predominantly mid-market.
- Proven expansion through adoption and value, not overages.
- Clear forecasting methodology and ability to build dashboards from usage data and health scores.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
