TL;DR

Scaled Customer Success Manager (UKI): Manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers, onboard and expand through tailored consultations, trainings, and at-scale outreach campaigns. Focus on driving hirify.global adoption, seat expansion, and informing overall growth strategy.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. In-person collaboration essential; require work from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

What you will do

  • Manage large portfolio of EMEA customers.
  • Onboard and expand customers via consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
  • Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns for hirify.global adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales to drive adoption.
  • Serve as product ambassador to optimize customer workflows and ROI.
  • Target strategic customers for user growth and expansion.
  • Proactively support underutilizing customers with action plans.
  • Influence growth strategy with customer insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience at fast-growing software company
  • Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing large volume of accounts
  • Strong motivation to be top performer and contribute to team
  • Growth mindset, thrive in building nascent teams
  • Motivated by others' success, highly adaptable
  • Love meeting people and solving business problems
  • Curious about AI tools to work smarter

Nice to have

  • Built Customer Success playbooks or processes
  • Experience in scaled program management or Outreach campaigns
  • Experience using hirify.global
  • Curious about data/insights, used Salesforce/Gainsight
  • First/early hire at fast-growing startup
  • Strong technical skills
