TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Spanish): Manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers, onboard and expand through tailored consultations, trainings, and at-scale outreach campaigns. Focus on driving hirify.global adoption, seat expansion, proactive success plans, and influencing growth strategy.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. In-person collaboration essential: work from office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (Anchor Days). Certain positions may require additional office days.

What you will do

  • Manage large EMEA customer portfolio.
  • Onboard and expand customers via consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
  • Design and run outreach campaigns for adoption.
  • Collaborate with sales for strong hirify.global adoption.
  • Serve as product ambassador to optimize customer workflows and ROI.
  • Target strategic customers to increase monthly active users and seats.
  • Proactively support underutilizing customers with action plans.
  • Influence overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years at fast-growing software company.
  • Track record in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluent Spanish speaker.
  • Experience managing large volume of accounts.
  • Strong motivation to be top performer and team contributor.
  • Growth mindset for nascent team building.
  • Motivated by others' success.
  • Highly adaptable to rapid changes.
  • Enjoy building relationships and solving business problems.
  • Curious about AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Built Customer Success playbooks or processes.
  • Experience in scaled program management or Outreach campaigns.
  • Using hirify.global.
  • Data/insights curiosity, Salesforce/Gainsight experience.
  • First/early hire at fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical skills.
