What you will do
- Manage large EMEA customer portfolio.
- Onboard and expand customers via consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
- Design and run outreach campaigns for adoption.
- Collaborate with sales for strong adoption.
- Serve as product ambassador to optimize customer workflows and ROI.
- Target strategic customers to increase monthly active users and seats.
- Proactively support underutilizing customers with action plans.
- Influence overall growth strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years at fast-growing software company.
- Track record in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Experience managing large volume of accounts.
- Strong motivation to be top performer and team contributor.
- Growth mindset for nascent team building.
- Motivated by others' success.
- Highly adaptable to rapid changes.
- Enjoy building relationships and solving business problems.
- Curious about AI tools.
