What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Life and Health insurance product implementations across the digital and technology ecosystem.
• Translate business and distribution requirements into clear delivery plans, aligning product strategy with platform capabilities.
• Orchestrate integration across multiple systems, including distribution portals, core policy systems, and APIs.
• Oversee the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis and design to deployment and release.
• Act as the primary delivery lead for business stakeholders, product owners, vendors, and technology partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with Life and Health products.
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital or technology initiatives within financial services.
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and system integration approaches.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, APIs, and enterprise application integration.
