What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of EMEA go-to-market plans to translate global campaigns into culturally resonant marketing.
• Own the paid media strategy and execution for EMEA, from annual planning and channel mix to in-market optimization.
• Serve as the primary external representative for NBA hirify.global in EMEA, managing key agency and media partners.
• Collaborate with Community, Creator, Paid Influencer, and Product Marketing leads to integrate GTM pillars.
• Manage, mentor, and develop direct reports across the EMEA team.
• Drive performance conversations and lead regional evaluation processes with Commercial and Insights stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international or regional marketing strategy, ideally within gaming or entertainment.
• Senior-level experience in agency management and writing high-quality briefs.
• Deep fluency in paid media planning, channel strategy, and in-market optimization.
• Strong ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and build cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for translating regional context to global stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London, UK.
