What you will do

• Lead the EMEA & ANZ Regional Marketing team, including local market leads in Germany, France, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Define and deliver annual and long-term regional growth strategies to improve commercial performance.
• Oversee regional marketing campaigns for EUIP and JPIP titles, ensuring cultural relevance and optimal marketing mix.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Communications teams to translate global strategies into actionable regional plans.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and propose tests to drive growth in priority territories.
• Manage regional budgets and act as the principal voice for regional growth needs within the Marketing Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading regional or multi-territory marketing organizations, ideally within gaming or entertainment.
• Significant team management experience, including oversight of managers from different disciplines and markets.
• Track record of developing and executing successful local or regional campaigns across diverse territories.
• Strong understanding of regional nuances in EMEA & ANZ markets, including cultural and commercial differences.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with both global product marketing and regional marketing execution models.
• Direct experience with Western and Japanese IP franchises within the gaming industry.
• Experience scaling operations or growing market penetration for expanding IPs or franchises.
