Solution Engineer (HR Tech)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Strategic Account Executives to lead technical discovery and qualification conversations.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer business goals and use cases.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable solution designs and handle technical objections.
• Manage RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and proof-of-value (POV) environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to synthesize customer feedback into the product roadmap.
• Develop global demo playbooks and provide technical enablement for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
• Strong skills in technical discovery, consultative problem-solving, and communication.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical validation processes.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
