What you will do

• Develop and implement a regional sponsorship strategy that aligns with global priorities and elevates brand profile.
• Manage the annual marketing campaign planning process, ensuring excellence in media purchasing and performance.
• Lead regional philanthropy programs, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability objectives and brand promise.
• Coach and guide local teams on sponsorship activation, marketing planning, and campaign execution.
• Establish best practice frameworks for sponsorship management and measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, CX&M, and Corporate Communications to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements

• University Degree in business, marketing, advertising, media, or communications.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in branding, sponsorship, and digital marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience at a managerial level.
• Proven experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services industries.
• Demonstrated experience working in a regional role within Asia.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
