What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of owned and sponsored events, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, and on-site logistics.
  • Manage brand stewardship by creating and distributing branded materials and swag to ensure consistent identity.
  • Drive communications for advertisers and agencies via newsletters, LinkedIn, and localized marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to produce high-impact sales materials and localized case studies.
  • Own the North Asia awards calendar and support local PR agencies with press releases and thought leadership.
  • Align with Global and APAC teams to localize central content to be fit for purpose for the North Asia market.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within AdTech, Media, or Digital Advertising.
  • Proven track record in managing event logistics and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for drafting professional marketing copy.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and CRM/Marketing tools such as HubSpot or Splash.
  • Must be based in the Hong Kong or Taiwan office.

Nice to have

  • Creative flair for bringing fresh ideas to B2B campaigns.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in an agile, non-precious way.
  • Existing knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem in North Asia.
