What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and competitive positioning within China.
• Lead market communication and branding strategies to strengthen brand awareness for industrial products.
• Manage strategic programs and key business initiatives across functions and business units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including large Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs).
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to execute growth, digital, and e-business initiatives.
• Mentor team members while driving accountability and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese industrial market context and competitive landscape.
• Proven experience in developing value propositions and branding strategies for industrial products.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with Chinese SOEs.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

• Experience in e-business or digital commercial initiatives.
