What you will do

  • Lead overall marketing strategy aligned with C-suite and manage execution across performance marketing, SEO, acquisition, retention, MarTech, brand, content, and communications.
  • Directly manage 20+ marketing professionals regionally and set/track OKRs tied to business objectives.
  • Build AI-first marketing organization to enhance output and testing efficiency.
  • Partner with country teams on go-to-market strategies for priority products and oversee KPIs.
  • Drive growth metrics like traffic, leads, conversions, revenue while managing full marketing P&L.
  • Foster high-performance culture, recruit talent, and implement best practices for rapid expansion.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years in marketing leadership, including senior/CMO roles in fast-growing digital-native or e-commerce companies.
  • Proven track record managing regional creative teams of 10+ members.
  • Deep P&L management, unit economics, performance marketing expertise.
  • Hands-on operational management and strategic team-building skills.
  • AI-first mindset, experience managing distributed teams across geographies.
  • Relevant degree, strong communication, market research, and data analysis skills.
