What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned ITE portfolios, including prioritization, sequencing, and risk management.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear, executable portfolio roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Establish and maintain value-based governance to track benefits, outcomes, and success metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop senior delivery roles, including PMs and Scrum Masters.
• Act as a senior partner to business and technology leaders to align delivery outcomes with enterprise needs.
• Drive operational excellence by reducing dependency risks and improving delivery consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery leadership, portfolio management, or enterprise program leadership.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex portfolios with cross-functional and global impact.
• Strong background in portfolio governance, financial management, and value realization.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching senior delivery roles.
• Experience operating in regulated, enterprise-scale environments.
• Significant experience presenting to and leading executive steering committees.
