Salary: $118,000 to $140,000

What you will do

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs, tracking dependencies, decisions, and risks.
• Lead planning, refinement, and release ceremonies for the engineering team(s).
• Manage backlog maintenance and prioritization of features and production issues, working with engineering and product teams.
• Manage clear communication of progress/status with project stakeholders.
• Proactively highlight and resolve risks and issues, and clearly communicate those risks to stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships across engineering, product, and technical teams to drive progress forward and influence negotiations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Program/Project Manager, Scrum Master, or managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong technical proficiency demonstrated by the ability to understand architecture diagrams and/or have a working knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively, facilitating teams working collaboratively and driving stakeholder decisions regarding risks, tradeoffs and timeline impacts.
• Problem solver with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Working knowledge in release planning and management.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Preferred certifications: Scrum Master Certification (such as CSM or PSM) or PMP and any other relevant certifications.
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
