Salary: CAD 150,000–170,000

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of impactful projects and programs from kick-off and planning to execution and closure.
• Evolve execution models, methodologies, and communications to improve cohesiveness between Enterprise Technology and stakeholders.
• Organize project teams, establish clear roles and responsibilities, and hold members accountable for deliverables.
• Proactively detect misalignment and risks, gaining consensus on mitigation actions.
• Create, prioritize, and update the GTM project roadmap to maximize delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years in senior project/program management roles leading complex projects for GTM, Finance, Sales, or Marketing.
• Solid understanding of GTM systems including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Netsuite, Marketo, and Segment CDP.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
• Extensive experience driving projects in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and non-technology project lifecycles.
• Ability to build strong relationships and trust with complex internal and external stakeholders.
