Salary: $115,000 - $165,000 CAD

What you will do

• Coach and mentor project teams while guiding them on best practices and implementation approaches.
• Create and manage project schedules, including high-level phases, detailed tasks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with global business units to coordinate project goals, expectations, and status reporting.
• Identify, track, and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution and roadmap delivery.
• Lead Scrum meetings and maintain follow-through on action items.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI, and process efficiencies.

Requirements

• Must have legal entitlement to work in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within software development or IT security.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud platforms and complex interdependent technologies.
• Ability to influence and support teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with engineers and executives.
