What you will do

• Own end-to-end release coordination, managing release trains, cadences, and execution across teams
• Drive cherry pick and hotfix workflows, triaging urgency and aligning stakeholders
• Author customer-facing release communications and translate technical changes for stakeholders
• Establish scalable release processes to enable faster, confident shipping
• Map dependencies and risks, surface blockers, and coordinate resolutions
• Partner with leadership on improving release quality, velocity, and rigor
• Manage tools like Linear and GitHub, facilitate planning sessions
• Respond to program changes by clarifying scope and marshalling resources

Requirements

• 4+ years as Engineering or Technical Program Manager, some at startup/high-growth building programs
• Experience running multiple simultaneous workstreams, spotting risks early
• Strong executive communication for status updates and escalations
• Fluency with AI/ML product development
• Builder's instinct in ambiguous environments, pragmatic shipping
• Cross-functional influence without authority
• Experience with technical leads and dependencies

Nice to have

• Building OKR or roadmapping systems from scratch
• Prior work in AI or LLM product company
